About Payment
For Retail, we accept credit card (Visa, Master Card, and American Express). We use Thaiepay for our secure payment gateway which provides the secure socket layer (SSL) for credit card information, so that no one can see your credit card details. All online transactions are processed in through Thaiepay process. We do not keep any credit card details only when customers place orders on the internet and we never have direct access to customer payment information.
For Wholesale and Custom-Made Order, payment can be made by Electronic Wire Transfer (T/T) or other payment methods. We reserve the right to restrict the payment method available to customers based on order value, shipping region or other objective criteria. A 50% deposit must be paid when order placed. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to shipment unless other stated on invoice. Please contact us directly at contactus@whynottshirt.com for more details.
About Shipping
We will ship the item within 48 Hours after receive payment confirmation. (Except Sunday and Public

90% of Shipments reach most countries within 7-15 business days, but it can take up to 4 weeks to arrive destination depending on each countries mail system process.

Prices vary depending upon what zone you are in according to Thailand Post / FedEx zoning chart. Calculations are made in the shopping cart when ordering based on total weight of order.

Retail/Wholesale T-shirt Order
At whynot tshirt, you can make both retail and wholesale orders.
For the retail, you can make order from the item we have in each category at the offered price, and if your order is available in stock, we will ship your order within 48 hours or as soon as possible after payment confirmation (except weekend and holiday, due to Thailand Post Office Hour), but if your order is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible via email.
For wholesale t-shirt order, we will give you different discounts depending on your volume of order. Please contact us directly for more information at contactus@whynottshirt.com . The given price is the net price for international order. Customer is responsible for paying an estimated shipping cost of wholesale order. The charge may be based on total weight of the shipment and the location of the recipient.
The production period of wholesale order might be extended upon the quantity of orders which usually take about 15-30 days. However, we will inform customers how long it will take, and again when t-shirts are ready for shipment. The process of production can be proceeding after the receipt of order confirmation and deposit payment.
It is our goal to make your shopping experience with whynottshirt.com the positive way. If you would like to return the product we are happy to accommodate you. Whynottshirt.com will accept returns as long as you inform us within 72 hours after you receive order and product is neither worn nor washed.

+ Packages must be returned prepaid. Your returned item will be refunded to the credit card originally used. You are responsible for all additional shipping costs. Shipping for returns is non-refundable except in the event that wrong or defective merchandise has been shipped to the customer. However, if it is proven that such defect, damage, we require proof of damage or claim from the delivery company or the postal office. You will receive a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective t-shirt to us, or if you want a replacement, you will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees.
+ We will only return the amount of purchase plus shipping and handling if it is agreed that whynottshirt.com was at fault for the return.
+ For Custom-Made orders, they can not be returned for refund.
+ For Wholesale orders, they can not be returned for refund.
+ In addition, some product items of whynottshirt are handmade; therefore we can not guarantee the exactness of the product. We will not be responsible for refund caused this reason.
+ We will not be responsible for damage or loss caused by external factors such as accidents or theft in transit.

Alterations to Prices or Conditions
We reserve the right to amend our services, product descriptions, product specifications, price, and terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice, and we will post a new version on our website.
Liability
Whynot tshirt attempts to provide the true and correct information on the site, but we cannot guarantee the error-free. However, we will correct all errors as soon as possible after being noticed of them. We will not accept liability for any consequential loss arising from the use of our website, and from products or services from the website.
Additional
